I graduated from law school last summer. After that, I worked at several bars in Ghent to save enough money to go travelling. Now it's the first time I travel alone. Well, not completely alone.. I have my dog with me :) I am staying in Portugal for the next month and hope to meet new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's the first time that I travel alone, so I am getting used to everything. Friends of mine recommended coachsurfing to meet new people. It is challenging to sleep in a hostel with a dog, because I have to have a private room. Normally they do not accept dogs or those rooms are all sold out.. I see that it is possible to have a private room on coachsurfing, so that is something to keep in mind. But the main reason is to hang out with other people from different cultures!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been camping in Lapland (Finland), only for two weeks but it is the most amazing thing that I have done!
