Although I've lived in Washington my entire life, I've lived all around the state. Most recently, my husband and I downsized and moved here to Bremerton, WA where we are enjoying some of the most amazing views and outdoor adventures the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

I have traveled some and plan to travel a lot more. I'd say some of the most fond memories I have are those spent staying with and/or meeting the locals. I've hosted and participated in exchanges with organizations like Sister Cities and Friendship Force. Couchsurfing makes these types of exchanges easier and more available for us to all experience the world.

Family, music, yoga, walking the dog, wine on the deck, hiking, kayaking, backpacking, camping, glamping, driving around the Pacific Northwest, and keeping in touch with our college-age children.

Here we enjoy a wide variety of music (classic rock, country, pop and classical) and movies. Since downsizing, our reading library and tastes now consists of travel books.
