ABOUT ME

deep down, i think i am a barefoot hippie who loves to talk about life, love, laughter and you. my idea of travelling is not the destination, but the people you meet when you travel. the stories they share, an insight to their lives you have never known. such intimacy, shared between strangers, sometimes even things you can never tell those close by. i love that, i really do.

i am a big reader, my idea of a perfect day is to snuggle in my couch and get lost in my book. i adore reading, always has. reading is very personal to me, the idea of looking into the author's mind, his/her deepest thoughts and sources of creativity. i like to imagine them reading their stories to me. a cup of warm tea or freshly brewed coffee steaming close by.

perhaps to the more practical descriptions of myself - i do not smoke, loves to experience new things, i enjoy kickboxing, loves to learn new things everyday.

oh and check out my last name, isnt it just the coolest last name you have ever encountered? my parents can be very creative. i might be the last dodo.

john steinbeck's my favorite writer. although my interest in book ranges from literature, economics, fiction, chicklit to my study books. i like finding new books off the best seller lists because it feels more personal.

favorite writers include john steinbeck, gabriel garcia marquez, patrick suskind, bernard schlink, kahled housseini.
