"Note": I am currently on my longest hitchhiking journey ever. More then a year and half on the road. That's an extraordinary experience +30K km by hitchhiking, few month of camping every single day. I think this trip is totally changing me, for the better imao.I met many friends, and just many people who impressed me, changed my point of view. This is a journey without a clear plan, i just open for the spirit of adventures. People i meet, places i visit can totally change my plans. I've been to Kazakhstan (transit), UAE (1 week), Oman (2 weeks), India (3 months), Vietnam (1 month), Laos (1month), Thailand (2 month), South Korea (1 month, mostly working), Cambodia (3 weeks), Malaysia (3 month), Indonesia (5 month), Brunai (1 week), the Philippines (1 month), Hong Kong (9 days), Taiwan (2 weeks)

About me: I'm a calm guy from a small village in provincial Russia. My homeland is surrounded by forests, fields, rivers, and lakes. I could say that I grew up in nature. I had a dream to travel the world when i was a child. But not just as a tourist. I dreamed of real adventures to feel like an adventure movie or book character, to write my own extraordinary life story. Once I found out about hitchhiking.

I mostly hitchhike. Even when i have enough money for transportation i choose hitchhiking. Not only 'cause i wanna save money but 'cause that's how you can feel a country, its culture with local people. Hitchhiking is what makes my trip really adventurous. You' ll never get it if you go by bus or train. At the moment I hitchhiked more then 85,000 km.

The main activity of my travels is exploring how people live in different parts of a country. I visit big cities, little towns but especially i like a countryside. I'm very interested in a real culture and life of a country, and its people.

Also I love nature. When I get tired of noisy civilization I go hiking and camping to the mountains, woods. This is how I clear my mind. Sometimes I just need to be alone enjoying the silence and beauty of nature.

I love to share experiences, stories, and impressions about my travels, and about real life in Russia which is far away from big cities. I travel a lot, I got many stories and experience. I'm always happy to share it to like-minded person

Happiness is only real when shared. Of course sometimes I need a place to stay. But it's not the only reason. I meet many friends here and we still keep in touch with some of them. So i can meet many great, like-minded people here. We can share a part of the soul with each other

I prefer rock, sometimes neoclassic music, indie and indie folk. Books genre: fantasy and adventures are my favorites, some Russian books you never heard about. Films: it's a long story. "Lord of the Rings" and "Harry Potter" is forever in my heart. And "7 years in Tibet" and "Into the Wild". Love these so much
