Hey! I’m Denis, originally from Moscow, now an Australian citizen making my way around the world. I moved to Sydney in 2019, spent a few incredible years there, and I’m now living in New York City.

By day I work in credit and market risk at an investment bank. By night (and early mornings!) I’m a spin instructor, obsessed with high energy music, pushing limits, and creating classes that leave people feeling stronger than when they walked in. If you love EDM, techno, or house, we’ll instantly get along.

I’m all about exploring new cities, especially through their parks, viewpoints, and food markets. On weekends I’m usually off on a one day mini adventure, whether from Sydney, Melbourne, or now NYC. I’m also big into nutrition and healthy eating, but I’m equally down to try the best local bakery in town.
