CURRENT MISSION

I want to experience as much of this beautiful Earth as I can. I want to be exposed to places and ideas I've never heard of, and experience for myself the ones I have. I want to see and create more positivity and help to create a more peaceful world.

ABOUT ME

I completed cosmetology school and high school in 2007, worked in a salon for a year in Salt Lake City, then decided I needed to expose myself to the rest of the world. I came across www.roadtripnation.com, and was lucky enough to get involved with them. Since June of 2009 I have been traveling the USA with Roadtrip Nation, interviewing individuals who are passionate about what they are doing with their lives, and passing along our message of passion, creativity, and individuality along the way. I will be on a campus tour with them until the end of November, and after that I hope to find more traveling jobs to keep my journey moving!!!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that reality is what you make of it. This moment is reality. I believe I am completely in control of the outcome in my life and I search for positivity and life in every person, place, and thing I come across. I believe I am ever evolving and try to keep my heart and mind open to new concepts, ideas, and activities along my journey of life. Mostly, I believe in fun!!! I think fun can be found anywhere if you keep your heart open to it. yay!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am traveling at the moment, and new to couch surfing. I hope to participate as much as I can during my travels! I definitely plan on hosting whenever I settle down and get my own place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience was amazing! As well as meeting amazing friends and other couch surfers, we were offered beds, cookies, breakfast, and a really great time!!! I can't wait to experience even more.

Interests

I have interest in so many things. Music especially! I am most interested though in being introduced to new interests!! I hope to keep expanding my mind and evolving as a person.

Music, Movies, and Books

My lists of favorites keep changing. I can say though that when I'm traveling it is very hard for me to fall asleep with out Radiohead in my headphones. Arrested Development is a current love as well...and my book of choice at the moment is 'The Book of Secrets' by Deepak Chopra.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am currently on my 2nd trip around the USA, and traveling in itself has been the most profound experience I've ever had. A recent amazing experience I had was driving a 36 foot RV through Big Sur. Man that was beautiful.
