ABOUT ME

I'm from Canada and having lived on both the west coast (in Nanaimo, BC) and the east coast(in Sackville, NB) I've been lucky to see a lot of the gorgeous Canadian countryside. Right now I'm living in northern France, teaching oral English to French uni students. Living in France has been great for improving my French and for traveling a bit around Europe too!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to Couchsurfing, though I hope to become more active in the near future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had the chance to meet some very interesting people through couchsurfing. I've met up with a few people who were passing through Valenciennes, France and it's always been a pleasure to show someone new the town or to grab a drink and just chat.

Centres d'intérêt

Travelling, I love learning and travelling is a great way to continue doing that by seeing new places and meeting new people.
I enjoy running and keeping active. Being outside in general, I can't stand being stuck inside all day. Camping, hiking, just even walking around.
Reading, cooking/baking, music, movies, chilling, laughing.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I'm pretty open to all types of music. I usually have something playing in the background, which varies depending on my mood. Some examples are Gorrilaz, Angus and Julia Stone, Beirut, also some Wax Taylor, can't go wrong listening to some Queen either.

Movies, I'm also quite open with, though I'm not big on horror films..I tend to scare easily I guess..

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

One time camping beside a lake in BC Canada, a huuuge swarm of bats flew over where we were camping, it was crazy!
