ABOUT ME

I'm a really laid back person and I like to do fun extreme activities like skydiving and snowboarding. I LOVE traveling and want to make sure I see the world in the time I have on this earth. I love dogs and animals in general. I love to hang out with friends and go out and socialize. I'm not a loner by any means, but I can definitely have a good time by myself if need be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing, but I really want to start traveling a lot more and see the world. I feel there is a lot I need to know and learn and staying in one place my whole life won't necessarily teach me that. So let's see where life takes me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first experience with it. I think this will be a great way to meet new people around the world. Some of my best friends I met from doing student exchange. I lived in Italy for 6 months before I started college and that was such an amazing experience. Now I can't get enough of traveling.

Interests

Skydiving, snowboarind, hiking, shooting ranges (I'm from Texas!), horseback riding, movies, fashion, fire spinning/eating/painting, and fire fans and dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all Rom-Com's, Action, Suspense/Thriller, Murder/mystery, and horror flicks. Some of my favorite books are Angels and Demons, The Death of Common Sense, Blink, and The Tipping Point.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's so many things... how can I only list one? I have to say skydiving is such a beautiful thing. I first did it in Hawaii and it was incredible. Other than that, pretty much everything in my life has been amazing. I wouldn't want to let go of anything I have seen, good or bad. It has made me who I am today.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am starting to get really into the Cirque style of performance. I am learning how to spin fire poi, eat/paint with fire, and I just learned how to dance with fire fans. I would like to bring instruments to be able to do some fire dancing on the beaches. It's something I would love to experience doing in another atmosphere. It's not something I would do in someone's home by any means and I don't have to bring them if my host would prefer I don't. I also speak Italian and Spanish so I wouldn't mind playing around with language lessons! :)
