To continue to travel the world demonstrating that we have the ability to heal ourselves and others very quickly and very simply. To help people go beyond what they think is possible and to discard our labels.

ABOUT ME

During the last 7 years I have been learning from leading industry figures across the globe in many different areas from Mind-Body Chiropractors, Nutritionists, Kung Fu masters, Healers, Shamans, Kinesiologists, pain management specialists and strength and conditioning coaches. I have been finding out how and why they do what they do, experiencing the good, the bad and the ugly. But my roots in sports and traditional therapies drive me to constantly seek evidence and explanation. My experience and scepticism has put me in a fortunate position.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to experience as many different adventures and cultures as I can. I discovered the wonders of being honest with myself and others and then found this quote "All honest people are interesting"

Basically I am interested in anything I haven't done before so that is one of the reasons I am travelling the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the band Alma Desnuda and JP Cooper. I really like souful conscious lyrics. I can listen to Brett Denon, Jason Mraz, Ziggy Marley all day. Also, old jazz classics like Ella Fitzgerald.

I love to watch south park and see all types of movies from Big Trouble in Little China to Freedom Writers to Dead Poets Society to Iron Man to Dumb and Dumber. So many to list but comedy and fantacy would be my most common choice.

I have read a lot of spiritual/metaphysical books in the past and now I like A few of my favourates are The Alchemist, peaceful warrior, Celestine prophecy but one of my recent favourites is Don't sleep, snakes are there and the sex lives of Cannibals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have recently climbed Cotopaxi in Ecuador, the highest active volcano in the world at 20,000ft.
