ABOUT ME

I am a recent resident of Washington, DC and so far I love the city. It has tons of free museums and monuments, local restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of bike lanes (although the drivers are not the best). I am a college educated person and love intellectual conversations. Not to say I don't love quirky and off-topic conversations though because I DO. I love meeting all kinds of different people and can find something in common with everyone. I love music of all genres and in all formats. I work at The Associated Press and I love my job and the people I work with.

Interests

I used to work for NPR so I'm a huge proponent of public radio and listen whenever I can. I love morning coffee, afternoon tea, microbrews, red wine, meditating and my bicycle.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love ALL kinds of music. From the Orchestra to the weirdest of weird performances, I'm always down. Some of my favorite artists are The Black Keys, Dr. Dog, The Roots, John Legend, The Beatles, Talking Heads, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Old Crow Medicine Show, Wilco and countless others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well I used to be a PA at NPR's WXPN in Philadelphia and it was the coolest job ever. I got to record a ton of my favorite artists and it was an amazing experience.
