We’re a warm, community-minded couple living in Cape Coast, Ghana, where life is full of color, connection, and purpose. We love meeting new people from all over the world — hearing their stories, sharing meals, and swapping ideas about travel, culture, and life.

When we’re not hosting travelers, we pour our energy into The Dennis Foundation, our local NGO that focuses on education and community development. One of our biggest joys is running Sovereign Grace School, which provides education and hope to hundreds of children and families in the area.

We love deep conversations, laughter around the dinner table, and the kind of friendships that cross oceans. Our home is laid-back, welcoming, and full of good vibes — you’ll find kids playing, meals being cooked, and people coming and going as part of everyday life here.

We’re so glad you found us! Over the years we’ve had the joy of hosting hundreds of happy travelers from all around the world — backpackers, students, adventurers, families, and new friends who’ve become part of our story here in Ghana.

When we’re not hosting, we run a local NGO called The Dennis Foundation, which includes a community school that’s now home to hundreds of amazing kids. Through the Foundation, we get to be part of something bigger — helping families, supporting education, and doing our best to make life a little brighter for those around us.

Our home is simple but full of life, laughter, and good conversation. We love sharing stories, meals, and experiences with people from every background. If you’re looking to really experience Cape Coast — not just see the sights, but connect with the people — we’d love to host you!

🌍 Travel & Culture – We love exploring new places, trying local food, and hearing the stories that make each culture unique.

🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness – We run Gold Coast Combat Academy, where we teach BJJ and self-defense. It’s not just about the sport — it’s about discipline, confidence, and changing lives through martial arts.

📚 Education & Community Work – Through The Dennis Foundation and Sovereign Grace International School, we’re dedicated to helping children and families build a better future.

🙏 Faith & Purpose – Our faith in Christ shapes everything we do — it keeps us grounded, grateful, and hopeful.

🍛 Cooking & Sharing Meals – We love gathering around food, swapping recipes, and enjoying a mix of Ghanaian and international dishes.
