ABOUT ME

I am laid-back but very active. Great sense of humor. I love independent film, art, community events. I run a nonprofit media organization in Denver that includes an all-local Radio Station (Denver Open Media 92.9FM & 89.3HD3)

PHILOSOPHY

All are free to do as they wish, except infringe on others' freedom to do as they wish. I think its all about experiencing life and being happy, so I'm active and up-beat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a duplex on Barnum Park just a mile or two southwest of downtown. There's a big hot tub/swim spa and a nice outdoor movie screen. Lots of instruments and toys.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a dozen or so people, and surfed at maybe 5-10 homes. My couchsurfing stay in Athens was probably one of the best days of my life.

Interests

I love making and watching films. I love local music, good food, good conversation. You'll find me at little shows and venues rather than stadium-style.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love film, especially independent movies. I love local, independent music. I mostly only read online nowadays, but when I do read actual books, its generally nonfiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best trips are always about the people I'm with. My favorite moments can happen anywhere. I just love authentic, open, open-minded people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I play several instruments, best at guitar, piano and trumpet. I'm a professional filmmaker, so I'm especially good with cameras, editing equipment, and all-things tech/multi-media.
