Hello! My name is Derek Landis and I am originally from Denver, Colorado! I just recently graduated collage and for the next couple of months will be traveling with my buddy Jesse (on the right in my profile picture). We are Looking to meet new people and experience some of these places we are traveling with a local. Since we are on the road for so long we are on somewhat of a tight budget and hopefully save some money through Couchsurfing. With that being said we aren’t looking to freeload! We would love to cook a meal, buy some drinks, or pay to go and do something fun rather than spend that money on a bed. Overall we are looking for new experiences and to meet new and interesting people we otherwise would not have through Airbnb or a hostel.
