I am a Mechanical Engineering student entering the last year of my degree in October. I am spending a month travelling around the USA while i still have the time and am not tied down to a job.
I am keen to fit as much sightseeing and fun activities into my time in each city as possible and am excited to meet as many people as I can.

As a student I don't have a lot of money to spend on hotels and hostels so am looking for a cheaper way of keeping a roof above my head. Also, I think that it would be awesome to meet interesting locals that can tell me about the "must see" places while I am visiting cities that are 4000miles from home :D.
I love meeting new people and think it would be amazing to make new friends across the USA to keep in touch with.

兴趣

I am completely in love with travelling and want to see as much of the world as I can while i still can. Meeting people and seeing amazing new places, listening to new music and watching local movies are all things that i find very exiting when going to visit a new town or city. I love playing tennis (I used to be halfway decent at it) and have recently picked up running (when its not raining here in England -.-).
As an engineering student i am hugely interested in cool mechanics or engines and will happily spend hours thinking about how they work or how to fix them. Other than that I like playing video games if there is time.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went to teach children how to play tennis, hockey, rugby, football (soccer) and cricket in underprivileged areas of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. We went to shanty towns where they don't have electricity or running water and visited schools to show them the importance of sports/heathy living. Some of the most desperate cases got scholarships to good south african schools to study and play sports.

Intellectual conversations about whatever you like. I know a lot about engineering but i also have a good grasp on current events in the US and I am not afraid of taking the devil's advocate position in conversations.
Considering the kindness you will be showing me, I will help out with any chores around the house, help out if anything needs fixing or cleaned and will happily teach you anything you want to know about maths or physics.
