Rachel and I have been friends for years and we both share a passion for travelling. We are both love meeting new people, trying new things and seeing new places.

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling has taught us important to be open minded, especially when it comes to other cultures, it's amazing what you learn and the experiences you can have if you are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is our first time officially couch surfing, we have been lucky enough to stay with people we know or friends of friends up until now. We have heard great things about couch surfing from friends who are couch surfers or hosts and we are really looking forward to the experience.

兴趣

Travel and anything outdoors. We both love to cook and love to learn anything new from anyone willing to teach us. Rachel is a Pilates instructor and plays for a hockey team, while I take a bit more of a laid back approach by practicing yoga and walking.

I love all types of music, but I was brought up on an odd mixture of Classic Rock and Irish music. Rachels a big fan of Reggae and we're both always open to a good movie or book recommendation.

We've been so lucky to see and do some wonderful things on our travels, but one of our favourite things was cruising down the Mekong river from Thailand to Laos on a two day slow boat. The views were amazing, the people we met were unforgettable and the journey took us from one increadible country to another.

I love to cook, hopefully I can share some recipes I've picked up on my travels (mainly vegetarian and vegan) Rachel can cook some great meat dishes,as well as some Pilates lessons for anyone who is keen to try.
