Travelling Europe with my awesome wife kiki who is from new zealand and meeting interesting people along the way ..
me and my wife are easy going characters who just like to meet new interesting people with stories to tell and stuff to do
we have been travelling germany and thailand last year and we recently had our wedding on bali which was a really special trip to us.
we live in a great place called Fremantle in western australia where i wwork as a kitesurf instructor and my wife works for a huge brewery and restaurant called little creatures which is a real special place to visit when in fremantle..
what goes around comes around
i truly believe in my own form of karma, which is basically saying:
if you do good things good things will happen sooner or later no matter what.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
mostly by sharing our travel experiences
also my wife is an amazing chef who loves to cook up a storm for when we have friends over for dinner and would love to do the same for our host of course u wont regret the experience ..;)
if ur staying with us in germany or fremantle i can also bring u along for a free kitesurfing lesson as im working for kite schools in both countries
my wife is quite new to couchsurfing while i stayed with a few people mostly in south america and really enjoyed the experience a lot and want to share it with her
i am interested in sports like fun and outdoor sports like kitesurfing and hiking, but also teamstuff like basketball and beachvolley my wife has a huge interest in spirituality, science and can be a real party animal at times..;)
- outdoor activities
Music, Movies, and Books
music:all kinds of stufflike indy, ska and worldmusic as well as hip hop and basically electronic stuff like minimal for dancing
movies: i really like basic movies without big stars or effects but with true and realistic stories and no real happy end, just stuff that reflects on life in an honest way
books: all kinds of stuff, also mainstream like potter and dan brown
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
hard to put the finger on since i travelled a lot over europe, asia, australia and now the northwest of southamerica
for some strang reason when im asked about it i always recall being in the st peter cathedral in rome. even though i dont give anything about religion as a whole the pure size of this building and its architecture left me kind of speechless for a minute, and that doesnt happen to often;)
Teach, Learn, Share
I recently completed a course and have a full season experience on teaching kitesurfing, i dont have my own gear anymore atm but will be working for a local school in fremantle during the summer.
of course i can teach german and basic english but other than that i really dont like the word teaching since everyone pretty much learnes from each other.
it pretty much comes down to the chemistry when you meet someone and how much interest in sharing knowledge, opinions and commun things both people have
