Surfing through Europe in September

ABOUT ME

Hi! We're traveling in Europe this month, as Tara is speaking at two conferences, with a couple weeks between them for us to explore. The first one is in Izmir Turkey, the second in Oxford. We'll be visiting some islands near Turkey and then flying out of Rhodes to Prague, where Jenda has some friends and family. Then we'll move on to London and Oxford.

We're both in our early/mid 30s and appreciate life for it's diversity, adventure, and endless learning.

PHILOSOPHY

We travel to see the sights, but we place an emphasis on finding the non-tourist aspects of places. We want the authentic experiences!

Tara: Therapy/Psychology, style, gardening, travel, music/singing, she is speaking at sex/gender conferences this trip.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music... anything with a good beat and good lyrics. Travel books on ipad. Not planning on seeing any movies while traveling :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jenda traded an old pair of dirty Nike shoes for a day of surfing off the coast of Madagascar.

Tara was touring Japan alone at age 9.
