Hi everyone,
my name is Desiree, I am 24 years old and I live in Salzburg and Vienna.
I have visited a lot of countries. My favourite countries in Europe are; Norway, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Spain and many more .. :)
I am currently attending the university in Vienna, where I study Scandinavian and Finnish studies. I have studied also American Studies for one year-so my English is quite good, I guess ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing, because I love to meet new people from different cultures. I travelled through the world with my family and I want to get to know people from all over the world.
Hostels are great but I don't know (yet) how Couchsurfing is ! :) I heard great stories and so I would like to experience it by myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mhm.. I travelled through South America alongside one friend for nearly three months. That was a really great experience! I met a lot of new friends and with some of them, I still have contact! And South America is really great! The people are so friendly and the culture is very interesting!
