I’m Dessy! formerly a Branch Operations Head in banking for 10 years. I left my 9-5 life (the best decision I’ve ever made!) to fully pursue my passion for travel. Now, I’m an avid traveler chasing experiences, cultures, and meaningful connections around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Left my stable 9–5 career after 10 years to travel the world solo and experience life beyond comfort zones.
• I traveled solo non-stop for 4 months
• Volunteered in Tunisia for 2 months
• Performed solo Umrah in Mecca 🕋
• I hitchhiked for the first time in Trabzon, Turkey, as dusk fell.
• Did countless hitchhiking adventures

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m into cooking and would happily bring Indonesian dishes into your kitchen. I believe food and stories connect people.
