ABOUT ME

I'm an introvert so I enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level. I'm horrible at small talk, but since I'm a great listener it balances things out. I think its my preference for listening that makes people feel comfortable to talk to me. I'm the type who prefers hanging out in a chilled place enjoying a great conversation over going out to a loud bar. I try my best to find the good things in life, no matter how small they may be. I'm a mixture of old school and new age values. I believe that there is always something new to learn as long as you are willing to open yourself for the lesson.

I'm an avid reader and really enjoy learning more about self-improvement and human potential. I'm currently learning about the New Thought Movement. I love music and couldn't imagine my life without my ipod. I'm always looking for new music, rather its a new artist or a group from 20 years ago that I've never heard of. I listen to a variety of styles, but not much of hip hop. I haven't traveled as much as I would like to, but when I do go somewhere new I like to spend a day or two doing the whole tourist thing and then spend the rest of my time checking out great local spots. You never know what hidden treasure or great food you'll find in a hole in a wall location! Even when I'm home I love to take long walks and see what I found in a neighborhood I've never been through before.
