Our current mission is to see as much of this world as possible, to meet new and interesting people, and to get involved in improving the world around us.

We are a young couple looking to explore the world and have adventures. We are both aspiring writers and are deeply interested in getting a chance to study in the school of life, to learn a bit more about human nature.

I love pretty much anything by Colette. I love bell hooks. I love the poetry of Marge Piercy. I like Agatha Christie novels. I like the novels of Christopher Moore. I like Canterbury Tales. I like graphic novels (especially Lynda Barry.) I also really like David Sedaris.

I love Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Death Proof, and pretty much everything else by Quentin Tarantino. John Waters is another one of my favorite directors. To Wong Foo is pretty much one of the best movies ever made. I'm a sucker for old musicals like Hello Dolly and I like new ones like Moulin Rouge too. Suspense and Noir are pretty dope. I love The Nanny, starring the indefatigable Betty Davis. Whatever Happened to Baby Jane is another one of my favorites. And I love Mommie Dearest.

Here are some of my favorite shows: Golden Girls, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Home Movies, Frasier, Roseanne, Hey Arnold, and Chopped.

Here are some of my favorite bands/musicians: Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, the Beatles, the Ronettes, the Crystals, the Carpenters, Burt Bacharach, Astrud Gilberto, Cab Calloway, Fats Waller, the Boswell Sisters, and Ruth Etting. My tastes tend to be pretty eclectic.

My favorite foods are tacos, thai food, sushi, pizza, and anything that my dad makes 'cause that man is an amazing cook.
