Aloha!
My name is Devin and I most recently moved to Portland from Hawaii where I was living for the past few years 🤙🏽
I moved to Hawaii to work for a Horticultural Therapy program to help at-risk young adults connect with the land and use naturopathic techniques to help regulate them and taper them off pharmaceuticals.
Before hawaii I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Cambodia where I served as a teacher and lead a women’s empowerment program and also dabbled in community health education and small garden projects.
After that I travelled through Thailand and attained my advanced certification in scuba before moving to Nepal to aid in natural disaster relief by teaching communities how to build with natural, locally sorced materials to build CSEB structures.
I am a very extroverted female traveler, just trying to find truth outside of my own cultural norms. I am passionate about music, dancing, fancy coffee and gardening, and just getting to know new friends.
