I grew up around the south: Texas, Mississippi & Tennessee. After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2010, I entered a cubicle job in Nashville to realize that wasn't what I needed at that point in my life. So, I quit my job and moved to Hawaii and lived the 'island life' for a year and a half. I got a job in advertising out there and love, love, LOVED Hawaii. It truly is paradise!

After that adventure, I traveled around Asia for about 6 months and discovered a new found passion for backpacking. My bucket list keeps growing and growing of places I still want to see!

I've always loved traveling and meeting new people. It's all about the adventures and these experiences truly shape your character and where you go in life. I never want to grow old and say "If only.." or "I wish I'd done that/gone there..". I'm trying my best to take advantage of all opportunities along the way.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I hosted a couple couchsurfers while I lived in Hawaii. Both turned into awesome friendships! We had SUCH a great time!!! I shared my Hawaiian life with the 2 girls I hosted, introduced them to my friends & took them on island adventures (boating, to the bars, cooking dinners). We learned so much from each other, and it was a fantastic experience.

While traveling, I met up with a few Couch Surfers along the way and made new life-long friends and travel buddies.
