About Me

Unfortunately having to move this part at the top to save everyone’s time….

ATTN IF USING APP FOR 1ST TIME!!!!
Anyone requesting without references, or sending generic requests…please don’t message me requesting for accom, go to a CS meetup and get some referees (we all had to do the hard yards at some point). I am open to meeting people though to get the ball rolling on your Couchsurfing experience and throwing you a reference ✌️, but will not host you overnight.

————————————————————————————

Currently living in a share house in Petersham, Sydney.

When not working can be found Snowboarding in winter and hiking/camping/ diving/ snorkelling in the summer. Known to relax in the hammock with a good book. Plays and has tried a range of sports although prefers those with a racquet, can watch anything ranging from 'Rear Window' to The Tour de France. My love/hate relationship with the gym ensues….

————————————————————————————
I try and give back to the travel community where I can by providing personal recommendations, stopping for hitchhikers, lending of things too cumbersome to take on the road ie camping, snorkelling, surfboard and now…. hopefully sharing my home.

I live close to what I deem the (heart) cultural hub of Sydney, Newtown. Not too close to the beach if that’s what you’re looking for, but close to all things gigs, bars, street art, thrift stores and public transport.

After using the app in my travels, I finally have some stability and can give back to the travel community.

I have a spare couch in the living room and also a swag (look it up, they are actually quite comfortable).

I do have 3 other housemates, they are all cool people but it is also their home too.

Say the word ‘🐢’ to let me know you’ve made it this far .

Enjoy discussing a variety of topics and enjoy learning new things and perspectives.

I grew up on a farm (it’s out near Dubbo, NSW) but if the timing is right you might get a chance to come check it out. Plenty of 🐮 🌾 🦘 🐍 🕷 out there.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share genuine conversations, maybe some cooking and stories from the road.

Every host is different and has varying schedules (just the reality of life), keen to share a coffee, a beer, or hear of some hidden local gems of the area (and in return we promise not to announce them to the world of social media ;) )

Happy to share time with hosts if their schedule permits or (if their schedule is busy) we can also be autonomous.
