ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm a first year French teacher. For the last two years I've been an English language teacher while living abroad in France. I love to travel. I picked up the travel bug when I first went to France, and now I can't get enough of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I still had no idea what couch surfing was, I went to a couch surfing New Years Eve party in Paris. My friend took me. That night I spoke to probably 20 or more different people about couch surfing, and I was convinced! Since then, I've told all my friends about it, even got my parents hooked.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only had good experiences with couch surfing. Everyone I've stayed with has been so hospitable to me. It was especially great when I traveled alone, because it gave me someone to hang out with in the evening after a day of sight seeing. I wont forget any of my hosts.

Interests

I love to read and travel. I'm learning to cook. I love new languages, and I'm always trying to learn little phrases to get by with. I love my friends and spending time with them. I do yoga, and I'm a vegetarian. Oh, and I'm obsessed with French.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed to the top of Mount Sinai. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. I didn't think I'd make it. But once I got up there, it was so amazing!
