I honestly don't know what profile ("About me") sells for Couchsurfing, because from the past 10 years I have switched multiple jobs and one skill I have acquired is to write a “Resume” profile well. Please don’t hesitate to connect, trust me I am better at conversations than “About Me” sections. I'll try my best for this one.
I am an Artist by thoughts, actions and lifestyle. By Artist, I mean a person that experiences life in its purest form and is full of curiosity & passion. Optimistic by nature, I'd like to think I am open-minded, people are truly amazing, no person has bad INTENTIONS ever (their actions maybe bad) and have formed few beliefs that are very experiential.
Psychology is a subject that fascinates me, resulting in that I love interacting with people and to know about their journeys in life. I have grown up in multiple cities in India. Dad’s profession demanded us to move every 2-3 years to a new place, probably that habit of moving places allowed me to not stick to one job/place for more than a few years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason to be on couchsurfing is now to continue this journey of traveling more often and connecting with more diverse people that share very radical experiences. It boils down to the idea of curiosity of knowing beyond yourself and innate nature of Human to socialise for new experiences and explore spaces/places.

Interests

Oh my!! The questions are getting trickier. I’d like to call myself a polymath, a person with multiple interests. By profession, my interests are in Textiles, Art & Design, Education. By curiosity, it goes in the Stock Market, Economics, Culinary, Music, Olfactory, Botany, Nature, Health(Ayurveda), Spirituality and I guess that's it.

Since I grew up in multiple cities I have learnt and played multiple regional sports. I am also a sportsman with fairly good skills in Badminton, Table Tennis(Ping Pong), Cricket, Squash(Racquetball) and few more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Early years I have been more of a movie person. Movies have been an escape and a great teacher of emotions, philosophy, relationships, and many more aspects.
The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, Matrix, Gladiator, The Pianist, Rain Man, Good Will Hunting.
Have been a crazy fan of Martial Art movies, purely for its Chinese philosophy and spiritual practice.

Few years back, I forced the habit of reading books. Subjects like Finance, Productivity, Psychology and Autobiographies. To be honest I'd rarely finished a book from start to end.
