Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hello, right now I am studying in Germany. I have couch surfed in quite a few countries and love discovering a city through a local lens. Being with a local means you see the city differently; you might skip a few attractions but end up at a gig that only locals know about. That's how I prefer to see the world.
I stayed for over a week with someone and got to realise that maybe it's not just a way to get free accommodation - but also an amazing opportunity to meet interesting and caring people, that will help you experience new things and change your perspective of the area you're staying in, as well as the world as a whole.
This community is about sharing experiences, connecting with people and good karma. I want to go all around Europe to know culture and tradition of here.
