ABOUT ME

If my friends were asked to describe it would most definitely start out with a big :)(smile). I love to laugh. Laughter and food are the two things that can bring people together, and I laugh and eat often. I enjoy learning I am a bit of a geek, because I love to learn, everything and anything, so bring on the lessons! I am practicing to be a jack of all trades, so any help is greatly appreciated. I am daring, I will try anything at least once, how else will I know if I like it? I like meeting new people because I see it as an opportunity to make friends and memories we can share. I see each day a new opportunity and it is my job to make the best of it. One of the most important things I am in love with quotes, I use them as an inspiration to help me along, give me new ideas, and brings smiles. Smiles are the keys to anything. :)

Interests

Almost anything can grab my attention because I am detailed/big picture person so I look at things form both aspects. I do not like to overlook anything, so I am always willing to take the time to listen to a second opinion. The things that make my life engaging are all of the opportunities I take advantage of as a means to learn and grow, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, all of it. I try to make time to acknowledge the things and people around me. I like to know I have done my best in making all things inclusive. I am attracted to beauty, however, I allow beauty to be defined and redefined as I progress, because like all things that too changes often. I spend most of my time dreaming, reading, or writing during the school year, and dreaming more vividly, working and reading during the summers. I am currently in nursing school so that takes up a lot of time, but each time I am able to provide bedside and or executive nursing care I know the time I am sacrificing now will be well worth the peace, and satisfaction I will have in my career.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

*Learning by example form my Grandma how to live a royal life, without a price. Royal because we had love from all people alike, and different, close and far, family, friends and strangers, too. We always had enough to share, even when we had nothing, she made it work, and no matter the circumstance she always took the higher road so her children and grandchildren could have a better life.
*When my sister and I preform and I or the audience members are moved to tears by her music, I am amazed at the intensity that can be conveyed through music and dance, and yet exhilarated to know all people can be connected on common ground, so long as they are willing to open themselves up to the opportunity/experience.
*I am still looking for the third thing, so hopefully the experiences that grow from here will fill this void!!
