We are a family of three (daughter is 11yo) from Colorado in the USA. We are taking a year to travel in Central and South America (Jul 2016). We plan to travel slowly to really get to learn about the culture, food and people and language. I am a foodie, so love to experience local cuisines and markets and even learn some cooking techniques along the way.

We would love to meet other people and families as part of our travels through couchsurfing.
