About Me
ABOUT ME
I am friendly, smiling and laughing a lot, tolerant, open, curious.
I think I am now in a process of raising my inside freedom and broadening my perception... or may be it is just an illusion. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Every time I try to write something here, it becomes too big and clumsy. I will try it in some short points:
-It is another great way to connect people
-This is very nice feeling to come to a new city and to be welcomed there
- Visited place is associated also with certain people - additional interesting/warm memories
-You can learn many new things and get to know many interesting points of view
-You can meet people you would never meet in your everyday life
-You can meet pets (cats!) in your hosts home.. :))
Interests
I am interested in different cultures and cuisines, in wine, love cooking (specially baking), social dances (lindy hop), wandering everywhere, old streets and buildings, conversations with friends (or strangers) with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Listening life music. Meeting new cities and trying to understand their character. And Marc Chagall!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are so many amazing things done and specially seen... but the first that comes to my mind now is Sabbath evening near the Western Wall. Mysterious city in golden sunset light, crowd of people: Jews in holiday dresses, praying, dancing, crying, congratulating each other; catholic monks; excited tourists. At the same time you hear penetrating Muezzin song - call for praying from the Al-Aqsa minaret.
I was staying in this boiling place, observing, overloaded by contradictory emotions and a feeling that in one minute I will understand something very important about the life... I think this moment will stay in my memory forever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn to play klezmer on my flute.
