If you’re requesting to stay with me, sending me a “hey I need a place to stay” isn’t really enough to get me interested in hosting you. My intention is not just to offer strangers a free place to stay. I host people because I’m interested in cultural exchange and I actually want to spend time and get to know the people that are staying in my home.
