About Me

Hello!
I'm Diane. Was born in Vietnam but actually grew up in France, and now living in the beautiful country of Germany. Not only for the beer and sausages, (:o) but also because it is an amazing country with amazing people and I really liked to move on to another place, see how it goes with another culture, another way of thinking and laughing.
Yet, I am curious about your country, would you tell me a few word about you ?

Góðan Daginn Iceland!
Eg verd ad fara Akureyri 09.08.17 & Reykjavik 11.08.17.
I'm doing a little Iceland Tour with a friend. It's our first time and we are really amazed about the country! Our knowledge in Icelandic are... Not at a master level (aka. We're learning the very first basis) but we would be soo happy to meet some (local) people, have a good time together and share experience. If you have a couch or a little place warm free for us two, we would be enchanted to meet you ! :) feel free to contact me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always been told that couchsurfing was a nice way to meet people, so I registered. I am still learning how to use it, but I find it amazing how one can meet people from every corner of the earth. I like this exotic, exciting part of meeting new people, first-stranger-future-friend.

Interests

Everything made with Heart and Passion.

Music, Movies, and Books

WELL. The "whats's-your-favorite-question". I don't really have some definite " Favorite", buuut...

Music depends of my day-mood, but I love Jazz, Blues, Rock and more... "traditionnal" songs.

My favorite movie would probably be The phatom of the Opera, by Tony Richardson, 1990 or The purple Rose of Cairo by Woody Allend, 1985. love those "old movies".

Books. If I had to choose, maybe I'd say my favorite ones are Notre-Dame de Paris by Vitor Hugo, or Les travailleurs de la mer. or Man in the Dark by Paul Auster.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Settle down in Germany. How crazy!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm passionated about languages, especially Germanic ones.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Smiles and laughs galore, maybe some good food French (and eventually German) recipes. People say I'm a good cook :p.
