I am a 50 year old married woman. My husband, Jeff, and I typically travel together. We are from Wisconsin, but since 2015 we’ve been traveling in South America (mostly Ecuador) and have recently become full-time international house sitters. I am a dietitian/nutritionist & diabetes educator. Jeff is retired from many years working in animal nutrition & agronomy.

Quit my job, sold my home lock, stock & barrel and moved to Ecuador at the age of 45 to experience living life in a different way. Best decision ever! We are now “Location Independent”

We are both passionate about our minimalist lifestyle and love to encourage others to embrace minimalism in small ways in their lives too if they feel called to do so.
