ABOUT ME

Well, I'm not a girly girl. I don't need hours in the bathroom and I'm not picky about my sleeping place. I've slept on the floor, on a wooden bench and underneath a coffee table. So if I get a couch to sleep on I'm more than happy.

I laugh and talk a LOT, no matter what time it is... I'm open for almost everything and like to hear other peoples point of view.

I like going out form time to time and having a couple of beers or drinks with friends or strangers.
But I also enjoy quiet nights at home. Sometimes there is nothing better than having dinner together and talk about everything under the sun.

I love to go to music festivals. It's fun to camp with friends in a tent, see many incredible bands, eat raviolis out of a can and meet lots and lots of new people. I always have an awesome time at festivals.

Generally I enjoy all kinds of concerts and performances. In the past I thought the bigger the concert the better, but that has changed. Nowadays I prefer smaller ones. They are more personal than the big concerts. I like how the performers communicate with the audience. But I still like to go to big concerts from time to time. The atmosphere in such a big crowd of people can be pretty overwhelming as well.
Music is generally quite important in my live. I play piano and since two or three years I also singe accompanied by piano. Sometimes I compose something on my own (but just really easy songs).
I like to go to the theater as well. Once I was part of a play myself. I played an old drunk woman ;-) hahaha that was a lot of fun!
Occasionally I like to visit a museum. I’m especially interested in modern art and photography.

I’m working as an intern at a clinic for epilepsy at the moment. The people I work with are mentally and physically disabled in addition to their epilepsy. It's a very interesting time so fare. I don’t know yet exactly what I want to do later in my life, but I’m sure I want to work in the social sector. I will start studying psychology this summer.

Further more I like to swim, play soccer/football, snowboard, travel, goof around, horse back riding, read, talk talk talk (like you see I can’t keep it short…), cook, meet friends and people from all over the world.

Books: I like books which have such a catching story that I forget the world around me.

I bought an acoustic guitar two years ago and planed on playing it, but I still don't know how... So I would be very very happy if somebody could show me some basic stuff on the guitar! In return I could teach something on the piano, if there is a piano around… ;-)
