Think too much and laugh too loud. Love my family. Love my friends. Spend way too much time coming up with titles for playlists. Surround myself with music and laughter. Get weak in the knees after a good conversation. Use too may paper napkins. Consider butter to be its own food group. Love making someone's day. Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty. Have known moments of absolute contentment and happiness. Practice my signature at least 4 times a day. Work hard. Believe people are inherently good. Love getting goosepimples and a good sneeze. Know heartbreak but love anyway. Am ambitious. Dislike the sound of the words moist, yeast, and pamphlet. Fly my nerd flag high. Wear my heart on my sleeve. Pick my scabs. Don't like latex balloons or the inability to be independent in thought or action. Sometimes get scared of the dark. Am a work in progress.

PHILOSOPHY

Change is an agent of movement; a product of undulation. Transformation occurs at the empowered hands of those who dare to ask what would happen if we were inflexible. If bones didn’t bend, if they didn’t break, how would we remember what it was like to crawl? To them, it doesn’t matter how forcefully you push or pull, for the empowered respectfully refuse to return to their knees.
