I'm a new baker, new because I have been practicing for just 4 months and new because I'm interested in sourdough starter-bakery (in opposite with yeast-bakery). As well, I'm interested with everything that can be eaten and provide from local producers. I'm quite invested in differents projects that support safe and local production, local music...
I like hiking, cycling for few days and meet people. I love good food and wine and beers so, discovering the culinary culture through the travels. I hate beeing bored and I'm always quite busy with doing stuff like DIY, preparing meals, singing...
I've got 2 pets : Meiko a 3 year-old dog, medium size, very kind and who needs affection and exert ; and Flit, a 1 year-old cat, very kind as well, and who needs hugs too.

I can't really travel because I am currently creating my job which is a bakery and I need time and money for that, but I miss meeting new people and different cultures. And actually, I like hosting and make discovery my town and landscapes. And sincerely my English is loosing itslef in the depth of the dark...
