I am a Los Angeles native, grew up there all my life. I love the ocean, since I grew up close to it and I enjoy everything water related (seafood, water sports, beach bumming). I'm a huge LA city boy, but I love exploring other cities too and checking out their architecture, history, sights and culture.

I am also a huge fan of outdoors activities such as skiing, hiking, and biking. I am a second lieutenant in the Army and will be stationed at Fort Eustis Virginia. I am currently on 60 days of vacation and that is why I am traveling through Spain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a Los Angeles native, I know first hand that going to a major city with only tourist attractions in mind can leave you feeling underwhelmed. You got to have a local to show you the real culture and experience of wherever you visit. I've rarely traveled outside of the US and I would love to see a new place through the eyes of a local and meet a new friend(s) along the way.
