I've practiced martial arts for 9 years, because I found in them a way to get close to myself through meditation and consciousness of my body abilities and limits.

My favourite kind of music is electronic (Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Autechre, Air, Blue Hawaii, Biosphere, Andy Stott, Mike Paradinas, Ametsub, Com Truise, Emptyset, etc). I also enjoy jazz, classical music, prog-rock, avant-garde, and so on.

I usually read books in english because it's a way to practice it and at the same time learn other things. My preferences are psychology, nutrition, art, anthropology (Jared Diamond -great man- , Yuval Noah) and whatever that helps me undertand humans.
