I’m Diego, a 39-year-old Uruguayan, curious by nature and always eager to discover the world. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and learning from their stories. I love nature, animals, and simple everyday moments.

I’ve been lucky to travel through several countries, and what I value the most is creating real human connections—understanding different cultures, historical backgrounds, and ways of living that are different from my own. I’m easy-going, respectful, and always grateful when someone opens their home and shares a little piece of their life with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We’re a couple — a Uruguayan and an Argentine — traveling the world together. What we’re looking for is an authentic experience: meeting local people, learning from their daily life, customs, and culture. We’re not interested in just checking tourist spots; we prefer real human connections and understanding what life is like in each place.

We’re flexible, respectful, and always happy to adapt to our host’s rhythm and home. More than anything, we’re grateful for anyone willing to welcome us and share a bit of their world with us.
