About Me

CURRENT MISSION

taking one step at a time

ABOUT ME

I'm a 22 year old girl currently living in Lisbon, Portugal. I don't do much of my free time, since I mostly procastinate, but sometimes I draw, take photos, sew, cook, play music, sing, read, and in rare ocasions, I'm an art student. Since I rather enjoy arts, my projects end up having something to do with the above (incl. procastinating).

I'm somewhat smart, if only weren't I this lazy. But I don't really mind, since I never wanted to be rich or famous.
I love my family a lot, and miss them a lot too. I hang out with friends often and in general am a nice person.
I'm very talkative, loud and hyper. I'm sarcastic and some say I'm funny, extroverted and usually happy. I have my calm, quiet moments, too, obviously.

For anything else, just read my interests. :)

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life in a very simple, carefree and spontaneous way. I am outspoken, so I say whatever I think about someone or something. I believe in communication and that people should hear others and acknowledge when it's time to change their way of behaving and living.

I'm atheist, hence I don't have a god. I do have beliefs; I believe in me and in my abilities, in my friends and my family.

I face life straight ahead; any obstacle is a challenge and I enjoy surpassing them. One of the favorite sentences I have is "If life turns their back on you, grope their ass!" and I think it pretty much explains how I feel about life. :P

I'm a generally happy person. I live for the moment and for the day, I don't plan ahead very much, though I have a few things planned. I mainly like to enjoy the 'now' instead of stressing about the 'next'.

I don't know what will come out of my life or how am I going to live it in the future, but well, I'll worry about that later.

I like tolerance, unity and equality. I don't like racism, homophobia, or any kind of hatred.

My motto is respect; live and let live. I am not okay with anyone that doesn't respect that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if it counts, but I first got drunk at the age of 8 months (yes, months...). I can't really remember something specific right now... *fails*

Teach, Learn, Share

I know about photography, art, design, religions, human rights, environment, music, animation and comics (mostly manga), cooking, sewing, and so on.

I like to learn a little about everything, without letting it become boring and without people forcing opinions on me. I rather be told the facts and be left to develop an opinion on my own.
