我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing really changed my perception of the world. I study economics so something like CS is really intriguing, you know, the gift economy thingy. My CS hosts (and practically most of people I met during my trips) have been so amazingly kind and generous that I had to rethink my whole idea of 'trust'. That said, I am really enjoying every bit of the CS community and looking forward to enjoy it even more.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent 4 years volunteering across Southeast Asia on both long and short term projects. I stopped because I realized what I was pursuing was a socially expensive wild goose chase, but still it was an eye-opener.

I'm not vegan/zero-waste/minimalist, but I do try to live a low-impact life. Still struggling to find compromise between what I can, should and want to do. There's a long way to go and I hope to learn more from everyone :D
