About Me

Hey! I'm Dikshant, an academic in Agriculture Science currently working as a teacher for intermediate level. I’m someone who loves good conversations, trying new foods, and learning how people live around the world.

I’ve worked closely with farmers, grown my own veggies, and helped students discover the joy of agriculture. I’m happiest when I’m in nature, cooking something from scratch, or swapping stories over tea (or beer!).

Traveling for me is about connection, not checklists — so if you're up for sharing laughs, local tips, or just a cozy corner of your home, I’d love to meet you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love myself travelling and people who travel. I love meeting people from different corners of the world. I would be glad to share Nepalese culture to our foreign guests. I hope to help people just like me who wants to travel and seek accommodation in a local area.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lowfi melody, pop, countryside and many other genre hits me.

I love thriller, horror and sci-fi movies

I like listening to an audio book rather than reading it 😅🤭

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing what I know — whether it's how to grow your own veggies, cook a warm Nepali meal (yes, I can make momo!), or simple ways to live sustainably. I’ve worked closely with farmers and students, so teaching and learning are part of who I am. In return, I’m always excited to learn about your culture, your food traditions, your language, or even just how your everyday life looks. I believe every person has something unique to offer, and I enjoy swapping stories, sharing homemade snacks (I often carry something from Nepal!), and helping out in any way I can — whether that’s in your kitchen, garden, or just by being good company.
Culture sharing and teaching is the best possible way to create the world a better place to live in. ❤️
