I'm Leander, many lives and very happy in difference.
Did most of my traveling some years ago now have a home in Chicago.
Ever since visiting I decided I'd build el Mirador one day, still in process, getting closer.
I'm an artist and I live with 3 other artists, all sculptors. I play with sounds and instruments. I build, and search, and try, all the time.
I really trust the world.
todo posible nada seguro
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couch surfing and all the wonderful people participating have provided me with some great times in some great places. I'm more than willing to return the favor.
todo bueno so far.
People and their perspectives are exciting. I am a woodsy fellow, I like the back of a truck and I am very fond of all of it everywhere. Cities are nice too, just as long as we're all melting in the same pot while sharing different thoughts.
Music, Movies, and Books
I LIKE MUSIC. all of it. really. live. different. arguably not music. love it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
once i fell off a 5 story building then used the money I made busking in a wheel chair to hitch hike in central america and learn spanish
i saw millions of dragon flies dart the skies over Peten, a wild jaguar, and met a 70 year old man hitchhiking alone in a foreign land, with a huge pack, a strong back, and very little language skills, he was wearing a purple shirt.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to enjoy making sounds and things if you don't worry about categories or subjects.
What I Can Share with Hosts
space, warmth in chicago's arctic tundra, hopefully time. I keep very busy these days. Even when home, well I work at home, so yes even at home, very busy. I can hang while I work, though i tend to deeply engage myself. You can come and go as you please. I like my guests non-guests, mi casa su casa.
