About Me
Ay!
I'm a solo traveller, student of life, and headed towards Morocco and Europe. Keen to adventure and spontaneity, I try to travel slowly and plan as I go.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people, experience the depths of different cultures, and to share stories from around the world
Interests
Professionally, I am a chef with over twelve years of experience. When I'm not working nonstop, which is now more than ever, I'm climbing, photographing, writing, or expanding my pallete with local cuisine. I totally nerd out on fermentation and the overlap many cultures have with food.
