Interests

Stories. I love to tell stories, through writing and through cameras. And I love to read. I travel about a lot, because of my love for stories. I'm always searching for that story that I cannot find in the mass media.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Nepal, when I was surrounded by about a hundred villagers who had never seen a black person before. I felt strange, like a god of some kind.

In Gulu once, we had to stop the bus we were in and help a woman to deliver. Since I was sitting next to her, everyone assumed I was a relative, though she was a stranger, and thus the burden of looking after her fell on me.
