Hello! My name is Dimitri and I want to share a bit about me!

I grew up in Brazil and moved to the US as a teenager. Now I am studying for a master's degree in Economics in Bonn, Germany.

I am an outgoing and energetic 30-year-old with an uncle sense of humor. I love to meet people and make new friends. Conversation hardly ever stay shallow as the most interesting is always at the deep end. I love playing sports (specially tennis and table tennis), reading, and when possible, travelling. Those are the hobbies I remember, but I’m sure there are more! As a guest, I am respectful, tidy, helpful and I clearly communicate everything.

I believe that Couchsurfing offers people an opportunity to find joy through travelling and personal experiences, which to me feel like the most interesting way to go about life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling makes us grow and develops our character, but it is often a hefty endeavor. As a student again, I want to rediscover the world in this new phase of my life while at the same time, meeting interesting people and saving =)

I can't host at the moment because I live in a shared apartment, but in the future I hope to host!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was once a pirate who played guitar and sailed the seven seas. Oh, I forgot to mention that it was my role in my high school’s production of Peter Pan.
