ABOUT ME

among my many diverse interests and desires, farming, teaching and community building have taken precedence. my path has led me from the fertile soils of the mid-atlantic united states to a base in three unique villages located in Burkina Faso's arid drylands. there, I find myself part of a meaningful movement rooted in idealism, cooperation and a common desire to restore ecological balance. when I'm not in BFaso, I'm either visiting my folks in the shenandoah valley or peddling beads through the western united states.
