ABOUT US

We've met on the road and we're sharing something that we love: traveling!

We consider ourselves open-minded, outgoing, friendly. We both love sitting in new places watching the daily routine of local people. We enjoy being in the peacefulness of the nature as well as in the energy of friend meetings. We're very simple in many ways; we'll always prefer to sleep on the floor of a house but having something to share, rather than to sleep even for free in a five-star hotel but with a feeling of emptiness. Hitchhiking is something that we also enjoy because of the people you meet, the talks and stories you get from it.

More about Cane: she's always in a good mood and laughing. Very sociable and wondering about cultures, always open and up to learn from it. Graduated in Tourism, after leaving Argentina back in Feb/2018 she lived for two years and a half in Mallorca and one and a half in Sweden.

More about Dino: he loves sports, he's very talkative and always questioning, asking, learning, trying to understand the "whys" of things. Graduated as Industrial Engineer, he left his comfortable, good job in Argentina back in Feb/2020 to go living new experiences abroad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We like being able to say: Muslim doesn't mean terrorist; Europeans are not that 'cold people'; Middle East is not unsafe and has such a kind people; and so on. That's why we travel. That's why we love the idea of sharing time, making friends, hosting and being hosted by people all over the world.

We enjoy several genres of music, we really cannot put all of them in a few lines. But for example Flamenco music, Ca7riel, The Weeknd, Post Malone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To do winter/snowboarding seasons in Sweden.

To go through an arch at -26m depth while snorkeling/free diving in Dahab, Egypt.

To watch the stars from the desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love sharing mates (non-alcoholic drink), making everyone get a bit of Argentinian culture. We can cook 'criollitos argentinos' or 'chipá'.

We have much more to learn than to teach, but we can help you with Spanish, how to dance Flamenco, using spreadsheets (like Excel) for management or data analysis, snorkeling, scuba diving, and so.

Dino would love learning how to surf.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can make you try Argentinian mate. We can help around the house if you need it and we'll always do the dishes if we see them dirty. Be sure that kitchen is not going to be burned neither house going to be flooded.
