I'm from the west coast of Scotland and am spending a couple of years living and working in Australia. I'm pretty easygoing and I like to think I'm fun. I love meeting new people and travelling, as well as tea, dogs and not wearing shoes.

Interests

I have a plethora of interests; I'm a creative type with a science degree. I love being outdoors especially in good weather, but I also love sitting at home knitting and painting when I get the chance. I'm crazy about dogs. I'm an excellent baker but an unimaginative cook.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a lot of music, particularly indie folk, Scottish traditional folk, and old school dance anthems. My favourite band are Fleetwood Mac.

My favourite movie is the Lion King but when I've got my grown-up hat on I tell people it's the Lord of the Rings trilogy (my next favourites).

I will read anything; one time in my youth, I read a dictionary because there was nothing else at hand.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked in a vine nursery to get my 88 days farm work in Australia - learned to drive a quad bike, tractor, and forklift, and got to shoot a rifle. Also had an amazing time working and made lifelong friends.
