My name is Diogo and I'm from Porto, Portugal. I am 20 years old and currently I am studying Business Communication in the Superior Institute of Accounting and Business of Porto. Right now, I'm on Erasmus in the Czech Republic for 6 months.

I'm on Couchsurfing not only to be able to connect with locals but also to make friends all over the world! I live by the motto that every stranger is a friend that you haven't met yet, and this has been becoming more true the more I travel and meet new people.

I think that Couchsurfing is one of the greatest platforms for travelers and world enthusiasts to connect. The exchange of accommodation for some knowledge of another country is simply amazing and truly a great way to bond.

I love horror, superheroes and comedy movies.

I love reading. I have a whole library of books at home that are waiting to be read by me. My ultimate favorites is the saga of Harry Potter.

It depends on what you consider amazing but the last amazing thing I've done was probably swim in a lake of a forest at dark night time with a group of friends, sing happy birthday to one one of them and just have a great time swimming around with the fish.

I would love to learn any foreign language. However, I have a preference for German since I've been studying it for the last 2 years.
